Frankie Cagle, President

Mr. Cagle serves as the President of Access/On. In addition, he is the General Manager of Randolph Telephone Membership Corporation in Asheboro, North Carolina. He has worked for the cooperative for 27 years in a variety of capacities, including Technology Director, Central Office Manager and in the areas of installation, marketing and settlements. He also currently serves on the Board of Directors for the North Carolina Telecommunications Industry Association. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina – Charlotte.

Jeff Adams, General Manager

Mr. Adams is responsible for the day-to-day operational affairs of the corporation. He has over 35 years experience in the telecommunications industry in a variety of management roles. During his career he participated in a number of business start-ups, including wireless, CATV, and CLEC operations as well as the establishment of fiber optic networks. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Penn State University.
